Rochelle Horton Lund
Producer – Idaho
Rochelle has been a licensed producer since 2013. She is a knowledgeable advocate for employers of all sizes in the Eastern Idaho, Southern MT and Western Wyoming communities. Her passion is helping people. For employers, saving money and educating them on the latest industry strategies and their employees, helping to navigate their healthcare and share the latest cost saving tips. She is currently residing in Idaho Falls with her husband and 2 of their 7 kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and BBQing on the weekends.
Barrett joined Summit in 2020. Prior to joining Summit he worked as a Life Health Property and Casualty Broker specializing in groups of all sizes in Memphis, TN. He joins our team with the goal of educating local operations in proper risk management strategies while fulfilling his fiduciary responsibilities to his clients.
Tina Prestwich joined Summit Insurance in March 2020 as an account manager.
Prior to joining Summit Insurance, Tina spent eight years working for AIS/GBS of Idaho as an account manager and TPA, administering group benefits, including flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, health reimbursement plans and COBRA benefits. She spent this time servicing groups as small as 20 and as large as 1200.
Tina has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, working all different angles of insurance: property and casualty, claims adjudication, individual and group health insurance, life insurance and Medicare.
Tina and her husband live in Idaho Falls, Idaho, with their three children living close by. In her spare time, Tina enjoys reading, hunting, fishing and camping.
Account Manager and Commissions Specialist
Amber Challender started as an account manager and commissions specialist for Summit Insurance Services in August of 2018.
Prior to joining Summit Insurance Services, Amber spent 5 years working for a wheat processing plant as an accountant and office manager.
Amber specializes in data management and analysis, while also focusing heavily on customer service and relations.
When she’s not at work, Amber enjoys going for hikes, walks, and swims with her husky, helping her parents out on their farm, and going on new adventures with her siblings and close friends.
Kristi Simms is a consultant for Summit Insurance Services.
Kristi started her career working in the financial department at First American Title after graduating from DeVry University with a B.A in Accounting. She held multiple positions within the financial department before deciding to leave the corporate world and begin working for small family owned businesses. It was at this time she started her company, Kreating Solutions.
Her 20 years of financial experience can help guide business owners to an understanding of how the decisions they make today impact the value of their business.
Kristi enjoys helping companies grow, but most of all she enjoys watching her son reach his milestones. That is her greatest accomplishment of all.
Administrative Account Manager
Nick Morgan is an Administrative Account Manager with Summit Insurance Services providing education
and guidance to its clients.
Prior to getting into insurance, Nick spent a length of time in the plywood world running the warehouse and delivery departments.
Nicks expertise comes from his knowledge of insurance and its needs based off his experience of being
one of the employees that has been covered by Summit. He has inside knowledge of the questions and concerns that everyone has.
Nick grew up in Oregon and moved to Idaho in 2017. He has grown to love the area and spends his time
with his dog Chloe going on adventures and seeing new areas.
J. Faith Lester,
Director of Operations
Faith Lester comes to Summit Insurance as a consultant and has settled in as their Director of Operations. She provides overall operation guidance and execution for Summit Insurance, assisting in moving the company into a successful future. Prior to joining Summit Faith’s background includes Healthcare Administration leading large surgical practices and working with varied Insurance Agencies across the country. Her expertise includes Human Resources, Operational Excellence, company culture and personnel development. Faith received her undergraduate degree at the University of MS, MBA at Vanderbilt University and MHR at University of SC. She is board certified CMPE and FACHE.
Faith makes her home in Nashville, TN with her husband and three fur babies. She enjoys traveling, cooking and volunteering in the local community.
Faith Lester leads Practice Fapractice management support to the owners and leaders of small to medium sized businesses.
Prior to starting her own firm, Faith spent 28 years as a Healthcare Administrator managing large surgery practices with annual revenues of $10-$40 million.
Her expertise and experience covers all aspects of Human Resources & Operations –workflows & processes, hiring, client service, finance, and personnel development – as well as client experience and company culture.
Faith received her MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Business, MHR from University of South Carolina and is a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE).
